MPA utilizes the EDI transaction capabilities of the Texas State Medicaid system for eligibility matching. The MPA proprietary system has been used to support providers, networks, and physician's groups in the lookups of millions of patient accounts. This support has contributed to the decrease in "A/R days", and increase in revenues and overall improvement in account management.

MPA's system was one of the first utilized in the industry and continues to set the standard for provider account management support.
